By using this System, you will be deemed to have agreed to the privacy statement and other applicable terms on the HCA affiliated hospitals’ websites as well as the following terms and conditions: 1.  The System is being provided at no cost with no obligation to obtain or purchase services or assistance from ehc.com or any HCA affiliated hospital. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining (at your cost) your connection to the Internet so that you can utilize the System. ehc.com reserves the right to modify the terms of this program, including the charges, at any time. ehc.com will attempt to provide advance notice of any material changes in the terms so that you can decide if you wish to continue using the System. 2.  Limited assistance is available from ehc.com at no charge by calling 866-223-4263. 3.  The System is being provided "as is" without any warranty or obligation on behalf of ehc.com. 4.  The content provided on your website is determined by you in your sole discretion, subject to the few limitations stated in these Terms and Conditions of Use. You accept and assume full responsibility for the content which you and your employees and agents place on your website and any legal consequences that could result from use of that content. It is your responsibility to ensure that the content is factual and correct. 5.  Passwords and the "initial access key" provided by ehc.com shall be maintained in confidence and not shared with others. You can also list any hyperlinks you wish as long as they are healthcare related. 7.  ehc.com has the right to discontinue hosting your website in the event of any inappropriate or unlawful use of the website, or offensive or unlawful material is provided through or on your website, all as determined by ehc.com in its sole discretion. ehc.com shall have the right to monitor any hyperlinks that are accessible through your site. ehc.com will attempt to contact you before discontinuing hosting your website. 8. ehc reserves the right to revise and update the System, as well as these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time without notice.
